Welcome to Nease High School Wrestling, where tradition, character, and competition come together to shape student-athletes into champions for life. Located in Ponte Vedra, Florida, Nease Wrestling represents a proud school with deep roots in academic and athletic excellence. Our program is built on the foundation of GRIT: Gratitude, Resilience, Integrity, and Toughness, and we strive to instill these values in everything we do.

We are more than a team. We are a family committed to building each other up, competing with pride, and representing our school and community with honor. Every practice, match, and season contributes to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth that defines what it means to be a Nease Panther. Whether you are a wrestler, parent, alumni, or supporter, you are part of our tradition. Welcome to Nease Wrestling.

Gratitude
We appreciate every opportunity to grow. We are thankful for our coaches, teammates, families, and community. Our success is built on the support of those around us.

Resilience
We bounce back. Challenges and setbacks do not define us. Instead, we learn, adapt, and keep moving forward with determination and courage.

Integrity
We live and compete with honesty and honor. Our actions reflect who we are, both in practice and in life. We hold ourselves accountable and respect the rules, our teammates, and our opponents.

Toughness
We train our minds and bodies to push through. Toughness is not just physical strength but the will to keep going, to support others, and to give everything we have in every moment.

Teamwork
We are stronger together. We lift each other up, celebrate each other’s successes, and grow through shared effort. No one wins alone.

Community

We represent more than ourselves. We take pride in our school and our town. We give back, act with respect, and strive to be positive leaders both on and off the mat.
